BUSINESS HOURS
Our regular hours are 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., EST, Monday through Friday.
Orders may be sent via our 24-hour facsimile service at 248-926-0400.
Orders may be submitted online at MNC's
e-store for registered
customers.
Messages may be left after hours in our voice mail.
PAYMENT TERMS
A variety of flexible payment terms are available.
Standard terms are net 30, pending credit approval.
Payment methods include Visa, Master Card, American Express, electronic
funds transfers and company checks.
A finance charge of 1.5% per month will be added to past due invoices.
SHIPPING
Shipment will be F.O.B. shipping point except where expressly noted.
In-stock items will ship same day when order is placed by 4:30 p.m.,
EST.
Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipments are made at our discretion unless the buyer supplies explicit
instructions.
TAXES
Sales tax will be added to the purchase price if the purchases are
taxable.
Any buyers with a tax exemption certificate acceptable to the taxing
authorities should provide the certificate to MNC.
QUOTATIONS
All quotations are valid for 30 days.
All prices are quoted in US dollars.
Quoted prices do not include charges for shipping, handling, sales tax,
insurance and hazardous materials documentation.
Prices are subject to change at any time.
MINIMUM ORDER
All orders less than $100.00 are subject to a minimum order charge of
$5.00.
CANCELLATION
Once an order is placed, cancellation of that order may be subject to a
restocking fee.
RETURNS
All returns require a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number issued
by MNC.
All items are subject to a restocking fee.
All items returned must be in the original packaging.
All returns need to be made within 60 days of purchase.
All returns are dependent upon manufacturer's return policy.
PRODUCTS
Availability of products includes, but is not limited to the items
listed on this site.
WARRANTY
Warranty per manufacturer.
